Program Tour A

Day 1: pick-up in Christchurch, transfer to Oamaru with stop in Timaru, accommodation in Oamaru. Visit to Blue Penguin Colony in the evening.

Day 2: Visit to Moeraki Boulders, then drive to Dunedin where we’ll play golf at Balmacewen Golf Club[*]. Afternoon shopping in town is an option for non-players. Accommodation in Dunedin.

Day 3: You have the morning off to spend at will (playing golf at another club at your own cost is an option). In the afternoon we’ll take the Monarch Wildlife Cruise at the Otago Peninsula. Same accommodation.

Day 4: From Dunedin we follow the coast to Balclutha (room for stops and walks along the way), where we will play golf. In the afternoon we head on to our Invercargill accommodation.

Day 5: Golf at Green Acres (or visit the town). In the afternoon we drive on to our accommodation in Te Anau.

Day 6: (Drivers statutory day off). Doubtful Sound excursion. Same accommodation.
Day 7: Golf at Te Anau. In the afternoon we drive on to Arrowton and our accommodation. Time to visit the old town.

Day 8: Breakfast in town together, then golf at Arrowton Golf Club. Visit to Queenstown in the afternoon. Return to Arrowton accommodation.

Day 9: Golf at Queenstown Golf Club. Transfer to Cromwell accommodation. There we will visit a wine estate in the afternoon (or play golf at own cost).
Day 10: Scenic trip via Omarama, Twizel, Mount Cook, Tekapo, Fairlie, to accommodation in Geraldine.

Day 11: Golf at Grande Vue golf club. Return to Christchurch.

(Alternative program details for non-playing travelers can be discussed within reason).

The price for this tour includes:

All transport from the pick-up to the drop-off in Christchurch;
All accommodation and breakfast every morning;
Drinks including bottled water, coffee and tea on the bus;
Green fees for seven 18-hole games of golf;
Entrance fees for the visits and excursions mentioned in this program (Blue Penguin Colony, Monarch Wildlife Cruise, Doubtful Sound Excursion, Wine Estate Visit);
Packed lunch on the Doubtful Sound Cruise.

[*] We try to arrange for you to play at the clubs mentioned in this program. However, as circumstances beyond our control may prevent play at certain locations on certain days, we cannot guarantee this. In those cases alternative golf clubs will be provided.
